Frequently Asked Questions

How long after ordering do I receive the customization link? +

Within hours of your order, directly to the email address used during payment.

Does NFC work on all phones? +

Yes. All iPhones since the 7 (iOS 13+) and almost all Android smartphones equipped with NFC (generally since 2015). No app to download for your customers.

Can I change the link myself? +

No, reprogramming is done on our end - which guarantees perfect operation every time. Just send us your new link by email, we'll take care of the rest within 24 business hours.

What is the difference between Basic and Studio? +

The Basic plan includes basic customization (your brand name, logo, call to action). The Studio plan goes further: you provide us with your visual files, colors, and custom text, and we design a complete layout respecting your brand guidelines before printing.

What is the delivery time? +

The standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after validating your customization elements. Express delivery in 3 to 4 days is also available when ordering.
